Wausau East High School
Hello, my name is Elizabeth "Lizzie" Kysely (kiss-lee) and I am a Wisconsin Certified Technology Education instructor at Wausau East High School. I grew up in a small town in Northern Wisconsin, aka the TROUT Capital of the World, where I received a top notch education which both inspired me and allowed me to become a lifelong learner. I started teaching at Wausau East in 2014 and currently oversee numerous Graphic Communication, CAD, Health, Engineering, Photography and Video Production courses. I am also the SkillsUSA club advisor at Wausau East.

Prior to working at Wausau East, I worked in various educational roles ranging from teaching students, providing technology & software support, training teachers, supervising youth apprentice students and last but not least, a summer school principal. I am returning to the educational world after working for a local manufacturing company where I had the opportunity to work in sales, marketing, event planning and technology/software development. This opportunity allowed me to refine acquired skills and learn new ones while working with customers throughout the world.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education from University of Wisconsin STOUT, my Master of Science in Education Leadership & Technology from Cardinal Stritch University, and currently working toward completing my Doctorate in Policy, Finance & Leadership. I am professionally licensed in the State of Wisconsin in the following areas: Curriculum & Instruction Administration, Health, Instructional Technology Administration, Technology Education, Principal, Special Education Administration and School Superintendent.

In my spare time you will find me volunteering at various functions throughout central Wisconsin or on the sidelines photographing high school sporting events, snowmobiles, go-carts or motorcycles at racetracks throughout the Midwest.

The best method to contact me is via email. Please include your name, email / phone and best time to reach you.
