Rich is a professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis in the UW-Madison School of Education. He co-directs the Wisconsin Collaborative Education Research Center and the Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL) project. He co-founded and co-directed the Games, Learning and Society Research Center, and is a Fellow at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery.
