Steven Netcoh is a Postdoctoral Associate with the Center for Teaching and Learning at The University of Vermont and is primarily responsible for supporting faculty members across the university with research projects that assess the effectiveness of instructional innovations in their classrooms. Steven has spent the past three years researching the implementation of personalized learning in Vermont secondary schools. His research has focused on the possibilities and challenges of implementing reforms rooted in personalization and clarifying what personalized learning means in theory and in practice.
